Nutter Construction was started by Aaron Nutter in January of 1996, after five years of prior construction experience. It was a big venture for a small-town boy that has grown mostly by word-of-mouth. Aaron believes in quality work and hires very few sub-contractors, for a high level of quality control. He always supervises his small crew by being on the job site, making sure those details are to specification and right for his customers. Most of the Nutter Construction clients have become long-time friends, and have offered the company many referrals. Aaron has been a board member for the West Central Nebraska Home Builders Association for several years and was voted "Outstanding Builder Member" in 2006 for his extensive help with a two-home builds for Habitat for Humanity. Nutter Construction is a member of the BBB and the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce in Kearney, Nebraska.
